You are welcome to also reach me at heather.a.westbrook@gmail.comPlease consider that, by nature, email may be a less secure mode of communication.

Office location:

My office is in Suite 303 of the Enterprise Building located at 97 Central Street in Lowell, MA 01852.  The building is on the corner of Market Street and Central Street, across from TD Bank.  The US Post Office is located on the first floor of the building.

Please take the stairs or the elevator to the third floor.  When you arrive for your appointment, please enter the suite door, have a seat in the waiting area, and I will greet you at your appointment time.

Parking:

There is on street parking on the streets surrounding the building.  You will need to pay the parking meter Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm.  There is also an inexpensive parking garage only a short distance away at 100 Market Street.  The cost to park there for one appointment is about 3$.

For your first appointment:

I advise all new clients to call the member service phone number on the back of your insurance card prior to your first appointment to ask: 1- What will my out-of-pocket costs be? and 2- Do I need a preauthorization?

Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment if you would like me to bill your insurance company.  Depending on the details of your insurance plan, you may have some out-of-pocket costs such as a deductible or a copay.  If you have an unmet deductible, payment for the full session cost is due at each visit until your deductible is satisfied.  Copays are due at the time of your appointment.

Cash or check is preferred.  I also accept flex-spending accounts, Venmo, Visa, and MasterCard if needed.

Ongoing:

Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any changes to your insurance policy while we work together.  You could be responsible for charges out-of-pocket if I am not in-network for your new insurance, if your new policy has a deductible, or if your copay has changed, to illustrate a few examples.   Please communicate insurance changes right away to avoid surprises.
