About
Heather holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Boston College. She completed her undergraduate work at Wheaton College in Massachusetts where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the national academic honor society, and Psi Chi, the international honor society for psychology.
She received her training in EMDR from the Trauma Institute in Northampton, MA in 2015. In 2016, Heather earned a certificate from the Trauma Center in Brookline, MA for the completion of a 9-month course specializing in how to heal from traumatic experiences. In 2017, she completed yoga teacher training after a month-long, intensive submersion experience in the jungle of Costa Rica.
Heather is a therapist who is committed to ongoing learning in the field and threads together compatible ideas from a wide array of philosophies to help clients.
Heather is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts.
